PHMSA OHMS has developed pre-defined CAN (Conditions, Actions, and Needs) Reports based on the most commonly requested data. Incident data and summary statistics for previous years are provided in a new, easy-to-navigate format. The data provided is that from the Hazardous Materials Incident Report Form 5800.1. Incident data and summary statistics for current and previous years are provided as appropriate. Data is updated nightly and can be downloaded into PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
